diy crib sheets
I've dragged out the sewing machine and I'm on a roll!! .... well, on a roll of finishing up projects I started a year ago... or possibly longer then that...
Next on my list to finish up was a crib sheet.
I was so happy to find this tutorial about making your own crib sheets. It was a serious "duh" moment. Crib sheets are not cheap and the more the merrier!! A huge advantage to making your own is the selection of material... the possibilities are endless!

Huxley seems to enjoy it and I'm thinking it matches more his personality then the one that was on there before. You know, the one covered in pink flowers :)

haha...i'm sure jt is happy about the color for Huxley! lol good job on finishing up old projects :) And also glad you have found the time to blog for often for me to see and read :) I will try to make sure I do the same...

DeleteI am remembering the time that JT and a certain friend of his went to a prominent, fabric store chain and asked to buy fabric for a certain girl's dress. Does anyone else remember that?
ReplyDeletehaha yep! I'll have to remind him of that. I did actually get pretty far into the dress too... but made it too small and following a pattern drives me insane. lol He bought enough fabric that I've used it for several other projects too.
