laini's quilt

My oldest sister had her second baby girl back in February of last year. Since then she's gone from this...
 To this...
Gah! She's adorable!! Any who... When she was pregnant with this little girl I made her a quilt trying to stick with the color scheme of her nursery. I had it all finished and then realized that with the gray binding it looked... not so good.

A YEAR later... I finished it with purple binding :) It seriously took me a half an hour once I just sat down to do it. I think it looks much better though!
 
I could only get so many pictures until children and animals wanted in on the action.

    :) lol that's funny that it only took you a short period of time to fix it and you've had it for a whole year...lol and she has gotten so big!! and cute!! lol can't wait to see her...and you later in like 2 months!

      Oh, Kori...I just did the same thing...made a tote out of a feed sack. Finished it last night in about a half hour after putting it off for months. Do I recognize that cute blue dress that Sophie is wearing? I don't have a real good picture of her in that one. I was excited to see this and the cute quilt!
